What's it called: Juicebaby

What's the concept: Deliciously guilt-free vegan food made with only organic and seasonal produce, unprocessed and using no refined sugars. All the food is made on-site from a menu designed by owner Aida Foustok who trained with the famous raw food chef, Matthew Kenney in California.

Where is it: 398 King's Rd, London SW10 0LJ

Opening Times: 8am - 7pm

What to try: Avocado toast on gluten free bread, creamy cacao milk, taco bowl, dragon bowl, chia seed pudding, brazil nut brownie, caramel bar, chocolate macaroons, mean green juice, nut butter fudge smoothie, maca spice chai smoothie, skin balm juice, Holy kale salad, mixed greens salad.

The space: bright, airy and clean. Makes for a great quick lunch pit stop or working space, however seats are limited so you'd have to get there early.

My experience: This has to be by far my most favourite juice bar/cafe in London. I come here time and time again and I always leave feeling so well, happy and nourished. There is no doubt that when it comes to healthy eating California is miles ahead of us in so many ways. Juicebaby brings together their overseas knowledge and great taste, experimenting with flavours that very cleverly compliment each other, especially in the juices where most people get it so wrong.

The quality of the food, and the consistency throughout is a huge bonus. Taste is not sacrificed so you can actually eat healthy, guilt free and enjoy it! This is so important as our digestion starts with all of our senses before we even put the food into our mouths and if you don't enjoy what you eat your body won't break it down or assimilate the nutrients properly so eating healthy is about enjoying your food too! The ginger hot sauce shot is great for when you are feeling run down and if you can't make it to the store, Quiqup can deliver it straight to you.

Any bonus: It's right next door to a great health foods supplement store 'The Chelsea Health Store' that sells well known trusted supplement brands and dry food products for better health. It is also a few doors down from TriYoga so you can enjoy a class and have a treat after.

Price Range: £££
