

Holy Guacamole!
I could literally eat a tub of this with everything, everyday.
Avocado is high in healthy fats that are good for your skin and good for reducing inflammation. They are also loaded with more potassium than bananas and can actually help lower cholesterol and triglycerides!
Serves 2
Ingredients

2 x ripe avocados

A quarter of a small red onion

1 whole lemon, squeezed

1/2 lime squeezed

Herbamare salt to taste

6 stalks of fresh coriander finely chopped (optional)
Directions

slice the avocado in half removing the seed from the middle.

Get a big tablespoon and scoop the avocado out into a bowl.

squeeze the lemon, lime and dice the red onion into tiny pieces.

Add to the bowl with avocados and mash with a fork a few times until its a little creamier but still chunky.

Sprinkle some herbamare salt to your taste

Finely chop the coriander (optional), add it to the avocados and give it one more mix.
And done! Easy. Enjoy with some tacos, sweet potato fries, or pretty much everything.
